Note:
1. Since the batteries sold in the market are fully charged, the first charging time of the new battery should be 1 to 2 hours after the light is switched off by the charger and the power is replenished. Summer supplementary power time can be appropriately shortened, not jump light after a long time charging.
2. The best time for charging is to cycle to about 70% of the electric quantity before charging. In summer, when the charging turns to green light, the floating charging time can be 1~2 hours; in winter, when the charging turns to green light, the floating charging time can be appropriately extended to about 2 hours.
Lead-acid batteries used in electric vehicles have no memory effect, so a reasonable charging time should be selected according to the electricity consumption:
Under the condition that 100% of the power is used up, the general charging time will be 8~10 hours, do not exceed 12 hours (it will have an impact on the battery life), it is not recommended to use up the power every time, it is recommended to use up about 70% of the power to charge, the charging time is generally 6~8 hours.
For users with short trips, it is recommended that they can charge once a week when their daily power consumption is 10%. When the daily power consumption is 20%, it can be recharged once every three days. When the daily power consumption is 30%, it can be recharged once every two days. When the daily electricity consumption is above 40%, it can be charged once a day, and the charging time under control is generally about 6 hours.
Should develop a good way of using the car, not over discharge, not over charge, in the start of the car to do a slow turn, try to maintain a uniform speed forward, reduce brake start, not overload. Put an end to the misdirection of charging with use, and choose a reasonable charging method according to the power consumption. Prevent discharge after a long time does not charge, use for a long time, need to do regular maintenance charging.
The charging mode of electric vehicle battery is mostly three-stage charging mode:
The first stage is constant current limiting. For example, charging 48V20AH battery pack, the current value is generally 3A, and the voltage limiting value is 59.2v.
The second stage is constant voltage current limiting, until the current drops to the current value of the jump lamp is transferred to the next step, constant voltage 59.2v current limiting 3A, until the current drops to 0.55a jump lamp;
The third stage is trickling flow floating charging, also known as maintenance charging. The floating charging pressure is 55.2v and the current limit is 0.55a. Generally, power is cut off after 2-3 hours in this stage.
When electric vehicles are not used for a long time, they should:
1) the battery must be fully charged before use, and under the premise of full charge, it is generally recommended that the battery must be recharged in 2-3 months, and it is best to charge it once every 1-2 months if conditions permit. Because the self-discharge of lead-acid battery itself will lead to sulfuric acid, if the power is not replenishment for a long time, the capacity recovery will be difficult to affect the service life.
2) when the electric vehicle is not in use, it shall be stored in a ventilated and cool room. After the battery pack is fully charged, the load line shall be disconnected to avoid battery discharge caused by no-load current.
